Classes & Workshops
Your Healing Space hosts a variety of classes, workshops and community learning opportunities throughout the year.
Offerings may include Yoga, Qigong, Reiki Training, Wellbeing workshops and courses presented through Community Education Whangarei and independent facilitators.

CEW Workshops & Classes
USUI REIKI: Level One:

CHAKRA BALANCE - 7 WEEK CONNECTION CLASS.
Starts Sunday 1st November and finishes Sunday 13th December.
Held at: Your Healing Space, 438 Kamo Road, Te Kamo.
4.30pm - 5.30pm.
$10 per person, per week. Pay as you go or pay for the full seven weeks
Join us for a gentle, seven-week Chakra Balance class designed to nurture your whole being. Each week we will journey inward with guided meditations to lovingly reconnect and restore one of the seven main chakras — beginning with the Root in week one and arriving at the Crown in week seven. No prior experience is needed; come whenever you feel called and arrive just as you are. All are welcome to share in this compassionate space of healing and renewal.
